I was the lead web developer as part of a team that worked on this site. The client wanted a site that was mobile-friendly, specifically with easy buttons to contact them via a flyout contact form or call them easily at the click of a button. The dark and blue color pattern was the requested color scheme for the client, and was reinforced throughout the site.
